SHIPPING INFORMATION:
All orders are generally shipped on the same day as the purchase was made or within one business day. Delivery normally takes 2 business days, but could take as long as 4 days. During the holiday season shipping can take longer. If there is any problem with credit card it may delay shipping. If there is any other issue with your order Xtatix will contact you personally to explain the situation and find out how you would like to proceed.

ANY REASON, FULL CASH, NO RESTRICTION RETURN:
Xtatix offers a one week no questions asked return policy. If, for any reason, you change your mind you may return your purchase for a full cash refund. The one week starts from the date of confirmed delivery. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Basic Malfunction Return Policy:
Your Xtatix product comes with a one year warranty against defects. If something goes wrong with your product you can return it for a replacement without any penalty. The buyer incurs the shipping cost for shipping the good to Xtatix and Xtatix will incur the return shipping cost using USPS first class mail. The shipping postmark date must be within one year of delivery and you must notify Xtatix of the return. If your player is deemed to be in working order the buyer will incur all shipping charges. Greater protection is offered with the Xtatix Extended Warranty Offer.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT:
Before sending your product to Xtatix, please notify us of your intention to return your product by sending us an email requesting a Return Authentication Number (RAN). You will be assigned a unique RAN which be used to identify your returned item. Please be sure to write the number on the box you ship the player in as well as on a piece of paper in the box. That is the only documentation you will need, so it makes returning a product easy for you.

Extended Warranty Offer:
The extended return offer covers any defect of your Xtatix product for 2 years after purchase. If there’s any product defect Xtatix will replace your product for free with a BRAND NEW unit. Xtatix will pay for return shipping costs associated with the return of your product (using USPS first class mail with delivery confirmation). The cost of two year coverage is $25 (the first year is included in the standard warranty).
