ANY REASON, FULL CASH, NO RESTRICTION RETURN:
Xtatix offers a one week no questions asked return policy. If, for any reason, you change your mind you may return your purchase for a full cash refund. The one week starts from the date of confirmed delivery. Buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Basic Malfunction Return Policy:
Your Xtatix product comes with a one year warranty against defects. If something goes wrong with your product you can return it for a replacement without any penalty up to six (6) months from your purchase. The buyer incurs the shipping cost for shipping the good to Xtatix and Xtatix will incur the return shipping cost using USPS first class mail. The shipping postmark date must be within one year of delivery and you must notify Xtatix of the return. If your player is deemed to be in working order the buyer will incur all shipping charges.
