RAN INFORMATION:
Product Return Information

Steps for return:

  1. Request a RAN using the Customer Service Center:
    1. Enter The Xtatix Customer Service Center.
    2. Click "Submit Ticket".
    3. Provide, in detail, the reason for your return.
    4. A service represenative will provide you with a RAN

  2. Confirm your RAN by sending an email to RAN@xtatix.com. Your RAN must be in the subject line and a copy of the message which contained your RAN in the body of the email. This email goes to our shipping department and must be sent for your RAN to be registered by them.

  3. Products Sent to Xtatix without a RAN or without an email to RAN@xtatix.com will be discarded.

  4. Write your Return Authorization Number (RAN), provided by the Customer Service Center, on the package you return your player in.


  5. In your return package please include a printout of the email which originally explained you problem or write a new letter to explain the problem and also a copy of the original receipt of your purchase.

  6. Send back to us the product and original packaging only. Please keep the accessories.

  7. Lastly: Fill out this form and include it in your package sent to Xtatix.
