• The new product to which the credit is applied must be more expensive than the original cost of your old player.
• You must own the product being returned for at least 8 months before taking advantage of the Buy Back program.
• Products being returned must be returned within 2 years from original date of purchase.
• Non-functioning players not accepted.
• Your credit will be given after Xtatix receives your player.
